1. Visitor’s hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm.

2. Comply with the regulations and all provisions indicated by the operations and security staff.

3. Access to any person with food and beverages is not allowed, and especially gum.

4. The consumption of alcoholic beverages and illegal substances is not allowed.

5. Access is not allowed to persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

6. Access is not allowed to people wearing swimwear, wet clothing, shirtless or barefoot.

7. Access is prohibited with firearms, weapons, or hazardous materials.

8. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the venue or near the entrances.

9. Pets are not allowed in the venue, emotional support animals with current certification.

10. Prohibited items: large bags, luggage, backpacks, musical instruments, electronics, glass containers, and furniture.

11. Please do not touch the artwork, murals, frames, labels, display cases, sculptures, or any equipment used to protect the venue.

12. It is prohibited to bring speakers or use any personal sound equipment inside the venue.

13. No motorized vehicles and bicycles allowed (only emergency, maintenance, and cleaning vehicles).

14. Oversized strollers, bicycles, skateboards, roller-skates, rollerblades and scooters.

15. The use of sparklers and any fireworks is prohibited within the venue.

16. The release of single or multiple balloons and/or sky lanterns or confetti is prohibited.

17. No littering in the venue.

18. Twelve years old children or under, always must be accompanied by an adult.

19. Running, shouting, or doing any activity that disrupts the stay of other visitors is prohibited.

20. Street trading is prohibited within the venue.

21. Professional photo sessions must be scheduled in advance.
