1. Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday – From 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

2. Follow the regulations and instructions given by the operations and security staff.

3. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing in outside food or beverages.

4. Alcoholic beverages and Illegal items or substances is not allowed.

5. Drinking alcohol, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and taking intoxicant and psychoactive substances is forbidden.

6. The Partenón Zihuatanejo reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor with any of the following prohibited items:

• Weapons of any kind; firearms of any type and/or ammunition; cutting tools, including knives, scissors, and blades; tools and tool parts; any «dual-use» items that could be considered dangerous to people or art, including hammers, saws, sharp objects, poles, and sticks.

• Hazardous materials, other chemical compounds that could be considered toxic, and explosives.

7. The use of sparklers and any fireworks is prohibited within the venue.

8. Prohibited items: large bags, luggage of any size or type, backpacks, musical instruments, electronics, glass containers, and furniture.

9. Portable speakers or other devices that may be used to amplify sound; airhorns; musical instruments are not allowed.

10. No motorized vehicles, bikes, e-scooters, recreational scooters, skateboards or hoverboards; shoes with wheels, roller skates, roller blades or any other wheeled items is not allowed. (Only emergency, maintenance, and cleaning vehicles).

11. The entrance of animals is strictly prohibited, except of emotional support animals with current certification and guide-dogs accompanying the visually-impaired.

12. Marking materials such as paint, adhesives, epoxies, or glues. Colored pencils, crayons, and markers are not allowed.

13. Please do not touch the artwork, murals, frames, labels, display cases, sculptures, or any equipment used to protect the venue.

14. No littering in the venue.

15. The release of balloons and/or sky lanterns or confetti is prohibited.

16. Running, rough play, shouting, and disruptive behavior is prohibited.

17. Children of 12 and under, always must be accompanied by their parents.

18. Street trading is prohibited within the venue.

19. Professional photo sessions and private events must be scheduled in advance.

20. Any other items that could put the art or visitors at risk, to be determined at the sole discretion of Partenón Zihuatanejo staff.
